摘要

通过集成机器视觉系统和三轴机械手搬运系统的自动分拣工作站,能快速地实现物料的自动分拣.工作站主要采用了我国的海康威视工业相机集成的视觉系统与西门子 PLC 作为控制器的三轴机械手搬运系统,实现了物料的精确定位和分拣.实验结果表明,该自动分拣工作站具有较高的准确性和效率,为工业自动化生产提供了有力的支持.

Abstract

Through the automatic sorting workstation integrating machine vision system and three-axis ma-nipulator handling system,the automatic sorting of materials can be quickly realized.The workstation mainly adopts the vision system integrated by China's Hikvision industrial camera and the three-axis manipulator han-dling system with Siemens PLC as the controller to realize the accurate positioning and sorting of materials.The experimental results show that the automatic sorting workstation has high accuracy and efficiency,which pro-vides strong support for industrial automation production.
