雾灯异常的故障诊断与分析——以迈腾B8L为例

在能见度较低的环境中,雾灯对于车辆的安全行驶起着重要作用,但在日常的检查中,雾灯的检查往往被忽视.并随着汽车智能化的不断发展,雾灯的控制也发生了重大变化.本文以迈腾B8L为例,其雾灯的开启采用了LIN总线控制模式.从控制雾灯开启的电路图出发,阐述雾灯工作原理,重点分析旋转开关上 LIN 总线、冗余线,以及旋转开关自身供电和搭铁线路损坏时,引起雾灯不亮的故障现象和故障原因.结果可看出:当 LIN总线出现故障时,车辆进入应急模式;冗余线出现故障时,只影响雾灯的开启.通过文章中的分析为雾灯的故障诊断提供一定的参考.
Fault Diagnosis and Analysis of Abnormal Fog Lamp——Taking Magton B8 L As an Example
In the environment of low visibility,fog lamps play an important role in the safe driving of vehi-cles.but in the daily inspection,the inspection of fog lights is often ignored.With the continuous development of automobile intelligence,the control of fog lights has also undergone significant changes.In this paper,the Magotan B8 L is taken as an example,and the LIN bus control mode is used for the opening of the fog lamp.Starting from the circuit diagram of the control fog lamp,the working principle of the fog lamp is described,and the fault phenomena and causes of fog lamp failure are analyzed when LIN bus,redundant line,power supply and earth wire of the rotating switch itself are damaged.The results show that:when LIN bus fails,the vehicle en-ters the emergency mode;When the redundancy line is faulty,only the fog lamp is affected.The analysis in this paper provides some reference for fog lamp fault diagnosis.
