本文针对高速旋转装备在使用过程中存在的质量分布不均匀、轴承磨损、轴线错位、载荷波动、供电不稳定等问题,开展研究.通过利用高精密传感技术实时采集设备运行状态,并结合大数据分析,为智能化控制奠定基础.提出了集模型预测、自适应和模糊控制于一体的新型控制方法.经模拟和现场试验验证,该方法显著提升了设备稳定性.本研究成果不仅解决了当前问题,也为未来高速旋转机械的稳定性问题提供了全面解决方案.
Real Time Monitoring and Control Strategy for Speed Fluctuations in High-speed Rotating Machinery
In this paper,the problems such as uneven mass distribution,bearing wear,axis dislocation,load fluctuation and power supply instability of high-speed rotating equipment in service are studied.Through the use of high-precision sensing technology to real-time acquisition of equipment operating status,combined with big data analysis,to lay the foundation for intelligent control.A new control method integrating model prediction,adaptive control and fuzzy control is proposed.The simulation and field test results show that the proposed method significantly improves the stability of the equipment.The research results not only solve the current problem,but also provide a comprehensive solution for the stability of high-speed rotating machinery in the future.
