摘要

电动汽车动力电池温度直接影响动力电池的充放电性能,进而影响整车的热安全性能、动力性以及经济性.乘员舱内部温度控制关系整车的舒适性.通常,电池包的热管理系统和乘员舱空调系统集成在一起,对空调系统的设计提出了更高的要求.文中以某EV 车型为研究对象,设计了一套集成式热管理系统,通过动力电池和空调系统热负荷的计算,分解得到系统的需求,再通过仿真分析手段对电池包和乘员舱降温性能进行预测,针对不满足要求的工况进行了优化,结果表明优化后的方案能够满足电池包和乘员舱降温的需求.

Abstract

The temperature of the battery pack in electric vehicles directly affects the performance of the bat-tery pack,which in turn affects the thermal safety performance,power performance,and economy of the vehi-cle.The temperature control of the passenger compartment is related to the comfort of the entire vehicle.Usual-ly,the thermal management system of the battery pack and the passenger cabin air conditioning system are inte-grated together,which puts higher requirements on the design of the air conditioning system.In the article,a set of integrated thermal management system was designed for a certain EV model as the research object.The sys-tem requirements were decomposed by calculating the thermal load of the battery pack and air conditioning sys-tem,and then the cooling performance of the battery pack and passenger compartment was predicted through simulation analysis.Optimization was carried out for working conditions that did not meet the requirements.The results showed that the optimized solution could meet the cooling needs of the battery pack and passenger com-partment.
