Exploration and Practice of"New Energy Vehicle After-sales Service Workshop"Teaching Model
Against the backdrop of industry-education integration,to address the substantial demand for multi-dimensional talents who are application-oriented,practical,and innovative in the new energy vehicle af-ter-sales service industry,the New Energy Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Technology major(after-sales direction)of the college has established a"New Energy Vehicle After-Sales Service Workshop"in collabora-tion with enterprises,using the"Digital New Energy Vehicle After-Sales Service Base"as a foundation.The specific operational processes of the"workshop"teaching model were designed,and the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model was used for a systematic assessment of the teaching outcomes.The evaluation results,combined with student internship performance,indicate that this teaching model effectively enhances the business capabilities of the students,promotes their career development,and advances the exploration and practice of the teaching model.
