摘要
中职汽车机械类专业人才培养面临理论与实践脱节、课程设置不够灵活、师资队伍建设滞后以及产教融合力度不够等问题.为解决这些问题,提出了完善课程体系、强化校企合作、提升师资队伍建设以及创新人才培养模式的策略.通过加强理论与实践结合、开设针对性实践课程、深化产教融合机制、建立稳定校企合作平台、鼓励教师参与企业实践、加强教师培训、引进专业技术人才、推行订单式培养、探索"工学交替"培养模式以及实施"双证书"培养等措施,旨在培养适应市场需求的高素质技能型人才.
Abstract
The training of vocational school automotive machinery professionals faces problems such as a dis-connect between theory and practice,inflexible curriculum design,lagging teacher team construction,and insuf-ficient integration of industry and education.To address these issues,strategies have been proposed to improve the curriculum system,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,enhance the construction of teaching staff,and innovate talent cultivation models.By strengthening the combination of theory and practice,offering targeted practical courses,deepening the mechanism of industry education integration,establishing a stable platform for school enterprise cooperation,encouraging teachers to participate in enterprise practice,strengthening teacher training,introducing professional and technical talents,promoting order based training,exploring the"engineer-ing learning alternation"training mode,and implementing"dual certificate"training,the aim is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet market demand.
