Focusing on the practical problems encountered in the current process of cultivating innovative high skilled talents,measures such as improving management systems,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,enhancing mentor team building,and optimizing teaching resource allocation are taken to improve the strategy of cultivating innovative high skilled talents in skill master studios.Through more than ten years of practical verifi-cation in the Skill Master Studio of vocational colleges,the actual results have confirmed that the practical meas-ures proposed in this study can effectively solve the practical problems in the process of cultivating innovative high skilled talents and achieve significant practical results.
