航空发动机滑油供油系统温度仿真

本文介绍了航空发动机滑油供油系统的热力学特性,基于Amesim软件建立了发动机滑油供油系统的温度仿真模型,利用仿真模型计算得到了系统关键节点上发动机不同转速下的流量、压力和温度分布,分别分析了滑油温度对供油压力的影响,滑油流量、发动机转速对轴承腔出口滑油温度的影响,计算结果表明供油压力随滑油温度的升高而降低;轴承腔出口滑油温度随着滑油流量增大而降低,随着发动机转速升高而增加.本文提供了航空发动机滑油系统设计、优化、性能分析的重要手段与方法.
Temperature Simulation of Aviation Engine Oil Supply System
This article introduces the thermodynamic characteristics of the aviation engine oil supply system,establishes a temperature simulation model of the engine oil supply system based on Amesim software,calculates the flow rate,pressure,and temperature distribution at key nodes of the system at different engine speeds using the simulation model,and analyzes the influence of oil temperature on oil supply pressure,as well as the influ-ence of oil flow rate and engine speed on the outlet oil temperature of the bearing cavity.The calculation results show that the oil supply pressure decreases with the increase of oil temperature;The outlet oil temperature of the bearing chamber decreases with the increase of oil flow rate and increases with the increase of engine speed.This article provides important means and methods for the design,optimization,and performance analysis of aviation engine oil systems.
