连杆锻件在制造过程中,由于工艺条件等多种因素的影响,易发生变形,导致连杆的性能不稳定。因此,本文建立了连杆的有限元模型,该模型充分考虑了材料的非线性、结构的复杂性以及工作环境的动态性。通过精确的建模,可以更准确地模拟连杆在实际工作过程中的变形情况。通过分析,得到了连杆在各种工况下的变形情况,以及影响其变形的关键因素。为有限元分析在内燃机领域的应用提供了新的思路和方法。
Study on Finite Element Analysis of Deformation of Connecting Rod Forgings for Internal Combustion Engines
Connecting rod forgings are susceptible to deformation during the manufacturing process due to a variety of factors such as process conditions,resulting in unstable performance of the connecting rod.Therefore,this paper establishes a finite element model of internal combustion engine fittings,which fully takes into account the nonlinearity of the material,the complexity of the structure and the dynamics of the working environment.Through accurate modeling,the deformation of internal combustion engine fittings in the actual working process can be simulated more accurately.Through the analysis,the deformation of the internal combustion engine parts under various working conditions and the key factors affecting their deformation are obtained.New ideas and methods are provided for the application of finite element analysis in the field of internal combustion engine.
