设计一种适用于汽车传动系统的驱动桥桥壳结构,有效保护并缓冲驱动桥桥壳,从而防止其遭受损伤,延长驱动桥壳使用寿命,提高汽车传动系统的稳定性与可靠性.驱动桥壳的桥壳本体上有安装腔、减震系统、连接板、缓冲件、定位套、支撑杆等部件,若干个可自由转动的缓冲件装在支撑杆上,缓冲件由缓冲材料制成.在桥壳本体受到撞击时,撞击物会首先撞击到缓冲件,而缓冲件在与撞击物接触时,撞击物会带动缓冲件转动,从而改变撞击作用力方向,且通过缓冲件对所受到的撞击进行初步缓冲,而后将受到的冲击力传递到支撑杆上,支撑杆会向两块连接板施加推力,而两块连接板则通过活动杆向对应的移动块施加向上的推力,移动块在受到推力时,会沿安装腔向上移动,对减震系统进行推动挤压,通过减震系统对移动块受到的力进行缓冲,从而对桥壳本体起到保护和缓冲,避免驱动桥桥壳受到损伤.

A drive axle casing structure suitable for automobile transmission system is designed to effectively protect and buffer the drive axle housing,so as to prevent its damage,prolong the service life of the drive axle housing,and improve the stability and reliability of the automobile transmission system.The axle housing body of the drive axle housing has components such as mounting cavity,shock absorption system,connecting plate,buffer piece,positioning sleeve,support rod,etc.,and a plurality of freely rotating buffer pieces are installed on the support rod,and the buffer parts are made of buffer materials.When the axle shell body is impacted,the im-pactor will first hit the buffer piece,and when the buffer piece is in contact with the impacting object,the impac-tor can drive the buffer piece to rotate,thereby changing the direction of the impact force,and carry out the ini-tial buffering of the impact through the buffer piece,and then the impact force received is transmitted to the sup-port rod,the support rod will apply thrust to the two connecting plates,and the two connecting plates will apply upward thrust to the corresponding moving block through the movable rod,and the moving block will move up-wards along the mounting cavity when the moving block is thrusted,The damping system is pushed and extru-ded,and the force on the moving block is buffered by the damping system,so as to protect and cushion the axle casing body and avoid damage to the driving axle casing.
