一种汽车轮毂上料夹持组件的研究与设计

汽车轮毂因其直径、宽度、成型方式、材料不同,有多个品种,在对轮毂进行加工时,需要利用上料夹持组件对待加工的轮毂进行上料夹持操作。为了减轻操作人员的劳动,使操作更加便捷,文章设计了一种新的汽车轮毂上料夹持组件,重点对上料夹持组件的结构、工作原理、主要零部件及其操作方式进行了分析和研究,该设备结构简单,减少上料夹持组件的检修次数,延长其使用寿命,可以根据不同情况进行调整使用,具有广阔的应用前景。
Research and Design of a Clamping Component for Automobile Wheel Hub Loading
There are many varieties of automobile wheels due to their different diameters,widths,forming methods and materials,and when processing the wheels,it is necessary to use the feeding clamping assembly to carry out the load-ing and clamping operation of the wheels to be processed.In order to reduce the labor of the operator and make the opera-tion more convenient,this paper designs a new automobile wheel hub feeding clamping assembly,focusing on the struc-ture,working principle,main parts and operation mode of the feeding clamping assembly,the equipment is simple in structure,reduces the overhaul times of the feeding clamping assembly,prolongs its service life,can be adjusted and used according to different situations,and has broad application prospects.
