本文对迈腾B7 2。0T车辆发动机故障灯报警,热车不容易启动故障现象进行故障诊断和分析,诊断结果说明故障现象是氧传感器工作不良导致的。氧传感器通过检测排气中氧含量,并将其转换成电信号,PCM据此信号控制空燃比在理论值附近,实现空燃比闭环控制,保证三元催化转化器转换效率最高,使发动机达到最佳的排放性能。本文介绍了迈腾B7 2。0T车辆所使用氧传感器的安装位置、类型、结构及工作原理,提供了故障诊断分析思路和故障排除方法。
Magton B7 2.0T Oxygen Sensor Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting
Magton B7 2.0T Fault Light of vehicle engine gives an alarm,hot car is not easy to start.In this paper,the fault phenomenon is diagnosed and analyzed,it is caused by the poor working of the oxygen sensor.The oxygen sen-sor detects the oxygen content in the exhaust gas and converts it into an electrical signal.The PCM controls the air-fuel ratio to maintain it near the theoretical value,achieving a closed-loop air-fuel ratio control to ensure that the three-way catalytic converter operates at its highest efficiency,resulting in the engine achieving the best emission performance.This paper introduces the installation position,type,structure and working principle of the oxygen sensor used in Magton B72.0T vehicle and provides ideas and methods for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
