Analysis and Research on Causes of Abnormal Railway Vehicles Wheel Set Pressing
During the pressing process of Railway Vehicles wheel sets,abnormal phenomena such as insufficient pressing force,weight jumping during pressing,and displacement during pressure inspection often occur.This article compares and analyzes the pressing standards,and studies the factors that cause the abnormalities.Based on the analysis and research results,the friction coefficient of the wheel axle mating surface,the interference fit of the wheel axle,and the difference in static and dynamic friction coefficients of the wheel axle mating surface are analyzed Specific measures have been taken to address the key factors such as the pressure installation force of the gearbox side wheels of the high-speed train and the meas-urement system error needle of the equipment.The verification shows that by strictly adjusting and controlling these factors,the qualified rate of wheel set pressure installation can be significantly improved.
