Research on Internal Paint Layer Bubbling and Cracking Within Front Emblem of a Certain Passenger Vehicle
This paper primarily investigates and analyzes the paint layer bubbling and cracking issues that occurred during the DV(Design Verification)testing phase of a certain vehicle model's front emblem in the pilot production stage. The study focuses on two main aspects:manufacturing defects of individual components and the poor selection of paint and plastic materials.By examining various potential factors contributing to these defects, such as errors and omissions in the return process, variations in headlamp materials, and inappropriate paint selection, the paper aims to validate the impact of these factors on the paint layer issues. The findings of this research serve as a reference for future product development within the industry, with the goal of reducing the frequency of such defects.
