针对某空气滤清器产品的模态要求,通过仿真分析模拟出产品的模态结果满足要求,但对工装件进行测试发现测试结果远低于仿真分析值,达不到要求的指标。针对这一问题,首先通过原材料的改进和结构的改进来提升空器滤清器的模态以满足要求的指标,其次探讨造成仿真分析和实际测试差异过大的原因,并进行验证分析。最后,通过仿真分析和试验验证并证明了结构的优化和材料的选择与空气滤清器的固有频率性能相关;注塑过程会降低原材料本身的性能,注胶口区域原材料性能下降严重。
Modal Optimization of an Air Filter and Analysis of Influence of Raw Material Performance Retention Rate on Modal
According to the modal requirements of a certain air filter product,the modal results of the simulated product meet the requirements through simulation analysis,but the test results of the workpiece are far lower than the simulation analysis values,an indicator that fails to meet requirements.In order to solve this problem,firstly,the modal of the air filter is raised to meet the requirements through the improvement of the raw material and the structure,and secondly,the cause of the large difference between the simulation analysis and the actual test is discussed,and carries on the verification analysis.Finally,simulation analysis and experiments show that the optimization of the structure and the selection of materials are related to the natural frequency performance of the air filter;The performance of raw materials in the area of glue injection mouth drops seriously.
