一种电动伺服控制支撑装置研制及应用

本文以ASME RT-2-2014重型轨道交通车辆结构安全标准要求为导向,针对在试验车体车钩部拉伸、压缩试验和防爬器处压缩试验过程中,车体受纵向加载力作用时,不得将车体的垂向质量施加到加载设备上的试验要求,目前通用的试验车体支撑装置难以保证中心销或空簧支撑处力传感器保持数据不变,为此开展控制支承车体质量的每个力传感器的变化量小于100 kg的试验技术研究,以解决试验过程中车体支承处垂向力变化大的问题,最终设计了一种可调节试验车体高度的电动伺服控制支撑装置,通过控制电控升降装置来调节车体垂向支承力变化,在实车试验过程中得到验证并推广应用,提高了测试精度,扩充了试验能力。
Development and Application of an Electric Servo Control Support Device
This paper is guided by ASME RT-2-2014 safety standard for heavy rail transit vehicle structure require-ments.In the process of tensile and compression test of coupler part of test car body and compression test at anti-climb device,it is difficult to ensure that the force sensor at the center pin or empty spring support keeps the data unchanged,and the car body is subjected to longitudinal loading force.The vertical mass of the car body shall not be applied to the test requirements of the loading equipment,and the test technology of controlling the change of each force sensor support-ing the body mass is less than 100 kg is studied.In order to solve the problem of large change of vertical force at the sup-port of the car body during the test,an automatic lifting bogie is designed to adjust the change of vertical supporting force of the car body by controlling the electronic lifting device.It is verified in the course of experiment.
