本文针对中国铁路西安局集团公司安康机务段DF7C型内燃机车检修作业后无法加注温度事宜冷却水的问题，通过P DC A原则对现有内燃机车检修库水箱与软水制作设备进行研究及改造，加装了抽水泵、连接管路、液位计、加热装置等电气元件，从而实现内燃机车冷却水加注设备全部功能，成功解决了机务段内燃机车检修作业过程中无法加注温度适宜冷却水的问题，减少了内燃机车检修作业程序，提高了内燃机车检修作业效率，节约了成本，最终提高了安康机务段内燃机车供车质量与供车效率。
Research and Renovation of Cooling Water Filling Equipment for Diesel Locomotive
In this paper,aiming at the problem that the cooling water cannot be added after the maintenance operation of DF7C internal combustion locomotive in Ankang locomotive depot of Xi'an Bureau Group Company of China Railway,the water tank and soft water production equipment of the existing internal combustion locomotive maintenance depot are studied and reformed through the PDCA principle,and the electrical components such as pumping pump,connection pipeline,level gauge and heating device are added.So as to realize all the functions of the cool-ing water filling equipment of the internal combustion locomotive,successfully solve the problem that the tem-perature suitable cooling water can not be filled in the process of the internal combustion locomotive overhaul operation,reduce the operation procedure of the internal combustion locomotive overhaul operation,improve the efficiency of the internal combustion locomotive overhaul operation,save the cost,and finally improve the quality and efficiency of the internal combustion locomotive supply in Ankang locomotive depot.
