近年来,随着中国汽车行业的不断发展,在汽车制造过程中,将先进技术充分应用于汽车机械设计中,以提升汽车零部件的设计精度,推动汽车机械设计的进步。未来,信息技术是汽车机械设计的主要发展方向,尤其是仿真技术在汽车机械设计中的应用,能够模拟机械设计模型,分析零部件在整个汽车结构中的分布,确保机械产品的设计效果。以仿真技术在汽车机械设计中的应用为例,通过探析仿真技术对汽车机械零部件的数值计算、零件加工以及模型实验等实际应用,优化汽车机械零部件设计的数字化程度。
Analysis of Application of Simulation Technology in Automotive Mechanical Design and Manufacturing
In recent years,with the continuous development of China's automotive industry,advanced tech-nology has been fully applied in the automotive manufacturing process to improve the design accuracy of automo-tive components and promote the progress of China's automotive mechanical design.In the future,information technology will be the main development direction of automotive mechanical design,especially the application of simulation technology in automotive mechanical design.It can simulate mechanical design models,analyze the distribution of components in the entire automotive structure,and ensure the design effect of mechanical prod-ucts.This article takes the application of simulation technology in automotive mechanical design as an example,and explores the practical application of simulation technology in numerical calculation,part processing,and model experiments of automotive mechanical components,in order to optimize the digitalization level of automo-tive mechanical component design.
