PLC and Its Optimized Application in Design of Electrical Control Systems for Diesel Locomotives
This article takes Dongfeng 4DD diesel locomotive as the research object and analyzes the practical application of PLC in the design optimization of its electrical control system.This includes an analysis of the basic situation of PLC,an analysis of the current situation of internal combustion locomotives and their electrical control systems,and an analysis of the practical application of PLC in the design of internal combustion locomo-tive electrical control systems.Through analysis,it can be concluded that when optimizing the design of the elec-trical control system in diesel locomotives,the reasonable application of PLC can optimize the design of the diesel engine speed control system,driver controller speed control program,speed and speed sensors,locomotive gear shifting program,etc.,in order to meet the practical application requirements of its electrical control system and improve its overall electrical control quality.I hope that this analysis can provide some reference for the applica-tion of PLC and the improvement of the design quality of the electrical control system of diesel locomotives.
