摘要

叉车在工业生产、物流仓储等领域发挥着重要作用,但由于叉车的操作环境较为复杂,一旦发生事故,可能会对操作人员及周围人员造成严重的伤害甚至危及生命.因此,本文在对叉车事故进行分析的基础上,开展叉车使用单位应急预案建立和应急救援研究.首先分析了叉车常见事故类型及其原因,然后从法规依据、建立步骤研究应急救援预案的建立方法,最后给出了叉车事故应急救援程序.帮助叉车使用单位建立快速、有效的应急救援机制,在事故发生后第一时间展开救援行动,最大程度地减少人员伤亡.

Abstract

Forklifts play an important role in industrial production,logistics and warehousing,but due to the complex operating environment of forklifts,once an accident occurs,it may cause serious injuries or even endan-ger lives to the operators and surrounding personnel.Therefore,on the basis of the analysis of forklift accidents,this paper carries out the research on the establishment of emergency plans and emergency rescue for forklift us-ers.Firstly,the common types of forklift accidents and their causes are analyzed,and then the establishment method of the emergency rescue plan is studied from the basis of laws and regulations,and finally the emergency rescue procedures for forklift accidents are given.Help forklift users to establish a fast and effective emergency rescue mechanism,and carry out rescue operations as soon as possible after the accident to minimize casualties.
