Low-carbon Zero-carbon Internal Combustion Engine Cylinder Liner Material and Surface Treatment Technology
Under the background of global energy transition and carbon neutrality,the development of low-carbon and zero-carbon internal combustion engine has become an important direction of the automotive industry.Cylinder liner is a key component of internal combustion engine,and its material selection and surface treatment technology have an important impact on engine performance,efficiency and emissions.In this paper,the devel-opment status of cylinder liner materials for low-carbon zero-carbon internal combustion engine is reviewed,in-cluding new alloy materials,composite materials and coating materials.At the same time,the advanced surface treatment technology,such as nano coating,laser surface modification and thermal spraying technology are dis-cussed,and the relevant technical methods and data support are provided.Finally,the development trend of cyl-inder liner materials and surface treatment technology in the future are prospected.
