摘要

全球汽车产业正经历着向电动化、智能化、网联化及共享化快速迈进的转型期,新能源汽车技术已成为推动产业革命性变革的核心力量.本文论述了新能源汽车技术课程改革,探讨下一代工程专业人才培养的课程体系改革,旨在培养下一代车辆工程专业人才.首先,本文概述了车辆工程专业人才培养现状,随后分析了新能源汽车技术与新工科教育挑战,总结了下一代车辆工程专业人才培养要求,最后提出基于新能源汽车技术的课程改革策略,以期能够培养具备跨学科素养、创新能力的下一代工程人才.

Abstract

The global automotive industry is undergoing a rapid transformation towards electrification,intelli-gence,connectivity,and sharing.New energy vehicle(NEV)technology has become a core force driving revolu-tionary changes in the industry.This paper discusses the reform of NEV technology courses and explores the curriculum reform for the next generation of engineering professionals,aiming to cultivate the next generation of vehicle engineering talents.Firstly,the paper outlines the current status of talent education in vehicle engineer-ing.Subsequently,it analyzes the challenges of NEV technology and new engineering education,summarizes the requirements for educating the next generation of vehicle engineering professionals.Finally,it proposes a curric-ulum reform strategy based on NEV technology,aiming to educate the next generation of engineering profession-als with interdisciplinary literacy and innovation capabilities.
