某酒店制冷机房运行策略优化

对华东地区某酒店制冷机房运行策略进行了优化,利用能耗模拟软件对多种运行方案进行了仿真分析.结果表明:原方案仅对冷水泵采用变频控制,制冷机房能效比为4.62;优化方案1采取传统变频方式,对冷水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔风机采用变频控制,制冷机房能效比达到5.32,与原方案相比提升了 15.1%;优化方案2通过对冷水机组、冷水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔风机进行优化控制,制冷机房能效比为5.48,与原方案相比能效比提升了 18.6%,且每年可减少约79 t碳排放量,节能效果显著.
Optimization of operation strategy for chiller room in a hotel
In this paper,the operation strategy of a hotel chiller room in East China is optimized,and a variety of operation schemes are simulated and analysed by using energy consumption simulation software.The results show that the original scheme only uses the frequency conversion control for the chilled water pumps,and the energy efficiency ratio of the chiller room is 4.62.Optimization scheme 1 adopts the traditional frequency conversion method and adopts frequency conversion control for the chilled water pumps,cooling water pumps and cooling tower fans.The energy efficiency ratio of the chiller room reaches 5.32,which is increased by 15.1%compared with the original scheme.Optimization scheme 2 optimizes the control of the chillers,chilled water pumps,cooling water pumps and cooling tower fans,the energy efficiency ratio of the chiller room is 5.48,which is 18.6%higher than that of the original scheme,the annual carbon emissions can be reduced by about 79 t,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
