This paper briefly presents the commonly used disinfection modes of terminal disinfection of space and supporting equipment in high-level biosafety laboratories.According to the Disinfection technical specification(2002 edition),the disinfection verification methods are developed to verify and evaluate the disinfection effect of the ventilation system of a high-level biosafety laboratory,and the application of the disinfection mode to the terminal disinfection of the laboratory is discussed in depth,aiming to provide a reference for the terminal disinfection of the high-level biosafety laboratory.
