Based on the heating energy consumption characteristics of existing vehicle bases in Beijing Metros,a heating model for newly built vehicle bases is established, and the energy saving and carbon reduction potential of the distributed coupled heating scheme from a green and low carbon perspective is analysed. The heating scheme meets the relevant heating policies of Beijing and meets the requirements of green energy utilization indicators stipulated in Action plan for green urban rail development of urban rail transit in China, which is one of the future development directions of low carbon heating for vehicle bases in cold zone.
