建环专业洁净空调人才培养改革路径探析——以桂林航天工业学院为例

以芯片制造、生物医药为代表的高新技术产业迅猛发展,有效释放了对洁净室的潜在需求.建筑环境与能源应用工程专业作为研究洁净空调的主要专业之一,在洁净室设计、施工及运维过程中发挥主导作用,但是目前大多数高校建筑环境与能源应用工程专业人才培养体系在洁净空调方面存在较大缺陷,造成人才培养与产业需求不匹配.基于以上现实问题,以桂林航天工业学院建筑环境与能源应用工程专业为例,从人才培养目标、课程体系、教师队伍等方面探索了洁净空调人才培养体系的改革路径,为建筑环境与能源应用工程专业可持续发展注入新动力.
Analysis of reform path for clean air conditioning talent cultivation of building environment and energy application engineering—A case study on Guilin University of Aerospace Technology
The potential demand for cleanrooms has been effectively triggered by the fast development of high-tech industries represented by chip production and biopharmaceuticals.Building environment and energy application engineering,as one of the key majors in clean air conditioning,plays a leading role in the cleanroom design,construction,operation and maintenance.The talent cultivation system now in most universities'building environment and energy application engineering departments,however,has serious shortcomings in the area of clean air conditioning,which causes a mismatch between talent cultivation and industry demand.Based on the above practical problems,taking the Guilin University of Aerospace Technology's building environment and energy application engineering as an example,this study investigates the reform path of the talent cultivation system for clean air conditioning from the viewpoints of talent cultivation objectives,curriculum and faculty,injecting new impetus into the sustainable development of the building environment and energy application engineering.
