Application research of high efficiency refrigerating station in an automobile factory paint workshop
Based on the basic concept and design idea of high efficiency refrigerating station,and guided by efficient supply and demand matching,this paper presents the design points of high efficiency refrigerating station and its application case in an automobile factory paint workshop.The actual operation data of the case shows that the annual average operation energy efficiency ratio(EER)of the high efficiency refrigerating station reaches 6.5,which is far higher than the first level requirements of T/CECS 1100-2022 Assessment standard for high efficiency air conditioning refrigerating station,achieving energy saving more than 50％.
