多热网联动提高石化企业余热利用率研究

针对大中型城市供热能力不足、能源消耗量大、能源利用效率低、污染物排放量大的问题,提出了提高余热利用率以实现清洁能源替代、环境保护、节能增效的有效手段.石化企业作为耗能大户,低温余热排放量大,将其低温余热回收用于供热可以节能减排.为了解决常规余热提取技术存在的余热利用率低的问题,本文提出了多热网联动余热提取技术.实际案例分析表明,与单热网余热提取技术相比,多热网联动余热提取技术节能效果和环保效益更为突出.
Study on improving utilization rate of waste heat in petrochemical enterprises by multi-heat network linkage
In view of the problems of insufficient heating capacity,large energy consumption,low energy utilization efficiency and large pollution emissions in large-and medium-sized cities,effective means to improve the utilization rate of waste heat to achieve clean energy substitution,environmental protection and energy saving and efficiency improvement are proposed.As a large energy consumer,petrochemical enterprises have a large amount of low temperature waste heat,and their low-temperature waste heat recovery for heating can save energy and reduce emissions.In order to solve the problem of low waste heat utilization rate of the conventional waste heat extraction technology,this paper proposes a multi-heat network linkage waste heat extraction technology.The actual case analysis shows that compared with the single heat network waste heat extraction technology,the energy saving effect and environmental protection benefits of the multi-heat network linkage waste heat extraction technology are more prominent.
