超高层办公建筑暖通空调系统噪声控制分析

营造良好的室内声环境对人员身心健康至关重要.本文以某超高层办公楼为研究对象,分析了超高层办公建筑声学方面的特点、典型暖通空调系统的噪声传递途径;针对办公楼层剖析了声源降噪、隔绝机房噪声、办公区内空调末端及管道的噪声控制措施,并针对机电层的不同设备区域提出了相应的隔振、隔声、降噪做法.
Analysis on noise control of HVAC system in a super high-rise office building
It is of vital importance for creating a nice indoor acoustic environment for the physical and mental health of people.This paper taking a super high-rise office building as the research object,analyses the acoustic characteristics of super high-rise office buildings and the noise dissemination way of typical HVAC systems.Besides,this paper analyses the noise sound source for office floors to create great noise reduction by isolating the noise from the machine room and setting up noise control measures for air conditioning terminals and pipelines in office area.In addition,it proposes corresponding vibration isolation,sound insulation,and noise reduction measures for different equipment areas in the electromechanical floor.
