Design and installation of process exhaust systems for a photovoltaic cell factory
The production process of solar photovoltaic cells is complex,and various toxic and harmful waste gases will be produced in the production process.Based on an engineering example,the exhaust gas generated in different process stages during cell production is sorted out.Different process exhaust systems are designed according to the physical and chemical characteristics of the exhaust gas,including thermal exhaust system,acid-alkali exhaust system,organic exhaust system,and silane exhaust system.The characteristics of the process exhaust systems and the key points of their design and installation are presented.
