摘要

基于现有公式,建立了空调冷水管道绝热层经济厚度与冷水温升耦合计算式.以DN50空调冷水管道为例,在实际绝热层外表面传热系数下,计算出空调冷水管道绝热层经济厚度、管道内空调冷水温升,分析了主要参数对计算结果的影响;给出了不同管径空调冷水管道绝热层经济厚度及100 m长钢管内空调冷水温升.

Abstract

This paper establishes the coupled calculation formulas of the economic thickness of the chilled water pipeline insulation layer and the chilled water temperature rise of the air conditioning based on the existing formulas.Taking the DN50 air conditioning chilled water pipeline as an example,under the actual heat transfer coefficient of the insulation layer's outer surface,the insulation layer's economic thickness of the air conditioning chilled water pipeline and the temperature rise of the air conditioning chilled water in the pipelines are calculated,and the influence of the main parameters on the calculation results is analysed.The insulation layer's economic thickness of the air conditioning chilled water pipeline with different pipeline diameters and the temperature rise of the air conditioning chilled water in the 100 m long steel pipeline are also given.
