为探讨土建风道应用于防排烟系统的可行性,本文结合工程实例,计算分析了土建风道的阻力及漏风量.结果表明,防排烟系统采用土建风道时阻力并非一定比采用内衬金属风管大,而严密性合格的土建风道漏风量是可控的,其实际漏风量不大于最大允许漏风量.保证阻力及漏风量可控的关键在于土建风道的施工质量,而解决质量问题的关键则在于各参与方加强对土建风道施工质量的监督,并严格落实现行规范体系的相关要求.
Feasibility analysis of applying brick or concrete ducts to smoke management systems
To explore the feasibility of applying brick or concrete ducts to smoke management systems,this paper combines engineering examples to calculate and analyse the resistance and air leakage of the brick or concrete ducts.The results indicate that the resistance of smoke management systems using brick or concrete ducts is not necessarily greater than that using lined metal ducts.The air leakage of brick or concrete ducts with qualified tightness is controllable,and the actual air leakage is not greater than the maximum allowable air leakage.The key to ensuring controllable resistance and air leakage lies in the construction quality of the brick or concrete ducts,while the key to solving quality problems lies in strengthening the supervision of brick or concrete duct construction quality by all parties involved and strictly implementing the requirements of the current code systems.
