茯砖茶烘房的流场及送风结构改进研究

对某茶厂茯砖茶烘房空气流动与传热进行数值模拟和实验测试发现,由于烘房内送风结构设计不合理,致使货物区出现风速和温度分布不均匀的问题.针对存在的问题,通过设计均匀送风管道和在送风口添加百叶对送风结构进行了改进设计.结果表明,改进后的送风结构能够均匀地分配风量,货物区监测点的风速不均匀系数从186.30%降低至74.12%,空气分布特性指标从59.38%增加至90.66%,烘房内货物区速度场和温度场的均匀性得到改善.
Research on flow field and air supply structure improvement of Fuzhuan tea drying rooms
It is found that the problem of uneven wind speed and temperature distribution in the cargo area occurs due to the unreasonable design of the air supply structure in the drying room with numerical simulation and experimental tests of air flow and heat transfer in the drying room of a tea factory producing Fuzhuan tea.In view of the existing problems,the design of the air supply structure is improved by designing uniform air supply ducts and adding louvers at the air outlets.The results show that the improved air supply structure can evenly distribute the air volume,reducing the wind speed unevenness index at the monitoring points in the cargo area from 186.30%to 74.12%,and increasing the air diffusion performance index from 59.38%to 90.66%.The uniformity of the velocity and temperature fields in the cargo area of the drying room is improved.
