The"elegant utterances"refer to the ones elegant and standard,language of the Xia Dynasty,commonly used since dynasties of Xia,Shang and Zhou,which is based on dialects around Huanghe River and Luoshui River.An-cient Chinese dynasties promoted overall unification by means of promoting"writing in the same way"guided by ideolo-gies of political philosophy and linguistics philosophy as found in"rectifying nomenclature"and"debating and reasoning",with"elegant utterances"as common language and for academic studies which is promoted with Dictionary of Standard Language as the textbook.
