摘要
牙本质过敏症是口腔医学领域常见疾病,影响人们的健康和生活.纳米羟基磷灰石作为牙本质的重要组成部分,与牙本质有良好的生物相容性,在牙本质过敏症的治疗中起到了重要的作用,是目前口腔医学领域的研究热门.现就纳米羟基磷灰石及其复合改性材料在口腔医学领域牙本质方向的最新研究进展作一综述,为其在口腔医学临床应用奠定基础.
Abstract
Dentine hypersensitivity is a common disease in the field of stomatology that affects people's health and life.An important part of the nano-hydroxyapatite,as a part of dentine,has good biocompatibility with dentin and plays an important role in the treatment of dentin allergy,which is currently a hot research topic in the field of stomatology.This paper reviews the latest research progress of nano-hydroxyapatite and its composite modified materials in the field of stomatology,and lays the foundation for its clinical application in stomatology.
