Neurovascular complex surgery in the treatment of a aneurysmal intracranial hematoma patients
Objective:To investigate the security and effect of neurovascular complex surgery in the treatment of aneurysmal intracranial hemorrhage patients.Methods:Forty-nine patients with aneurysmal intracranial hematoma admitted to Tongling People's Hospital from December 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects for a historical control study, including 23 patients who received traditional surgical treatment from June 2019 to may 2020 as the control group, and 26 patients who received combined neurovascular surgery from June 2020 to June 2022 as the observation group.Relevant data were collected to analyze the therapeutic effect of neurovascular combined surgery on aneurysmal intracranial hematoma. Results:The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the level of neurological function recovery level and Barthel index(P<0.05).Recurrence rate, rebleeding rate and mortality rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significance in the disease change rate and intracranial infection rate between two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Neurovascular complex surgery is safe and effective in treating the aneurysmal intracranial hematoma patients.Neurovascular complex surgery can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, rebleeding rate and mortality of patients, and can significantly improve the recovery level of nerve function and the ability of daily living activities,so as to improve the overall prognosis of patients with aneurysmal intracerebral hematoma.
