摘要

随着生活方式的改变和人口老龄化,老年相关疾病如癌症和阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病对人类健康构成严重威胁.从植物中获取天然的抗癌和抗衰老活性成分,成为倍受国内外学者重视的一个热点.沙棘含有丰富的生物活性成分,包括酚类化合物、酮类化合物、维生素、不饱和脂肪酸和氨基酸,已被证实具有良好的抗癌和抗衰老活性.本文对沙棘活性成分以及在抗肿瘤和抗衰老方面的最新研究进展作简要概述.

Abstract

With changes in lifestyle and occurrence of aging population,age-related diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's disease neurodegenerative diseases,pose an increasingly serious threat to human health.Searching for natural anti-cancer and anti-aging bioactive products from plants is becoming a hot topic which is highly valued by scientists home and abroad.Hip-pophae rhamnoides Linnaeus contains rich bioactive components including polyphenols,flavonoids,vitamins,unsaturated fat acids and amino acids,and has been shown by many studies to possess promising anti-cancer and anti-aging properties.This review briefly summarizes the current progress on the bioactive components of Hippophae rhamnoides Linnaeus and their anti-cancer and anti-aging activities.
