IL-27属于IL-6/IL-12细胞因子家族,通过IL-27受体(IL-27 receptor,IL-27R)激活Janus激酶/信号传导及转录激活蛋白(Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription,JAK/STAT)和 p38/MAPK 信号通路在感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病发挥促炎和抗炎的双重作用.目前IL-27在肥胖相关疾病中的作用已成为研究热点.现就IL-27的生物学特点、功能及在各类疾病中的研究新进展作一综述.
Abstract
IL-27 belongs to the IL-6/IL-12 cytokine family,which activates Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT)and p38/MAPK signaling pathways through IL-27 receptor(IL-27R)to play a dual role of pro-inflam-matory and anti-inflammatory in various diseases such as infectious diseases,autoimmune diseases and tumor.In recent years,studies have found the role of IL-27 in obesity-related diseases,which has become a research hotspot.The biological characteristics,functions and new research progress of IL-27 in various diseases are reviewed.
