Coupling Mechanism and Empirical Study of Agricultural Water Management and Farmers'Irrigation Behavior
By constructing the index system for agricultural water management and farmers'irrigation behavior,the entropy method is used to assign weights to the indices,and the coupling coordination degree model is employed to explore the static relationship between the two.The results show that:the overall coordination level between agricultural water management and farmers'irrigation behavior in Shaya County is not high;farmers'irrigation behavior lags behind.The following suggestions are put forward:improve the top-level design of agricultural water management;establish a scientific and comprehensive feedback mechanism;improve relevant supporting measures;regularly train water users and agricultural water cooperatives on water-saving knowledge and irrigation techniques,and promote policies related to agricultural water management.
