摘要

盐碱地是全球农业生产的重要限制因素之一.选育和种植耐盐碱作物是充分利用盐碱地,发挥其生产潜力的最有效途径.藜麦是一种典型的耐盐碱植物,许多藜麦品种具有较高的耐盐性.评价和培育优质的耐盐碱藜麦品种,并研究其耐盐碱机理,对于耐盐碱作物的研究和应用、改良盐碱土壤、推动藜麦产业具有重要意义.综述盐碱胁迫对藜麦种子萌发、形态发育、盐囊及气孔、光合作用、渗透机制、抗氧化系统、内源性激素以及生物碱的影响,以期为藜麦耐盐碱新品种的选育提供理论基础和参考依据.

Abstract

The area of salt-affected land is continuously expanding,becoming a significant factor limiting agricultural development.Breeding and planting salt-tolerant crops is the most effective way to fully utilize salt-affected land and harness its production potential.Quinoa is a typical salt-tolerant plant,with many varieties displaying high salt tolerance.Selecting and breeding high-quality salt-tolerant quinoa varieties,and studying their salt tolerance mechanisms are crucial for the research and application of salt-tolerant crops,improving soil in salt-affected areas,and promoting the quinoa industry.This article reviews the effects of salt stress on quinoa seed germination,morphological development,salt content and stomata,photosynthesis,osmotic mechanisms,anti-oxidative systems,endogenous hormones,and alkaloids,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the breeding of new salt-tolerant quinoa varieties.
