The Digitalization of Environmental Governance in China and the Way to Promote the Rule of Law
The digitalization of environmental governance in our country requires the open and innovative governance concept,scientific and timely governance decision-making,the Intelligent and empowered governance mode,and the Interactive and bal-anced governance structure.From the function point of view,the application of digital technology in the field of environmental governance in our country,it promotes the transformation of our environmental governance mode from government-oriented to multi-coordinated governance,from end-to-end governance to whole-process governance,from artificial governance to digital governance.However,the digitalization of environmental governance in our country faces many risks,such as the invasion of cit-izens'privacy,the severe situation of data security prevention,the technology domination caused by the algorithm dependence,the difficulty to determine the responsible body and the lack of substantial participation in the environment and so on.Based on this,in the path of advancing the rule of law,we should strengthen the normative protection of individual privacy right in the digitalization of environmental governance,perfect the data security system in the digitalization of environmental gover-nance,strengthen the multi-dimensional regulation of the technological governance in the digitalization of environmental gover-nance,clearly define the responsible subjects in the digitalization of environmental governance,and promote the substantial par-ticipation of the public in the digitalization of environmental governance.
