作物对重金属吸收能力的研究

采集河北省北运河污灌区土壤和小麦、玉米作物样品,对污灌区作物不同时期、不同部位重金属含量分析,采用吸收系数法对作物不同部位对不同重金属吸收能力进行比较,了解作物对重金属的累积效应.结果表明,玉米各部位对Cu、Pb的吸收能力都高于小麦相同部位对这两种重金属的吸收能力,而小麦各部位对Zn的吸收能力都高于玉米相同部位的吸收能力,小麦与玉米各部位对Cd的吸收能力基本接近.
Adsorption of Wheat and Maize on Heavy Metals in Soils
To probe adsorption of several heavy metals in soils that had been irrigated by wastewater by wheat and maize,several samples of both soils and the plant tissues were taken simultaneously.The samples of various parts for the crops were analyzed in laboratory.It has been discovered that accumulation ability of heavy metals Zn,Cu,Pb and Cd by the studied plants tissues were in an order roots>leaves>stems> seeds.In addition,accumulation of the heavy metals was in an order: Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd,for wheat,while Cu>Zn>Pb>Cd for maize,respectively.
