Impact of di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)on the metabolite composition of the Chinese flowering cabbage based on non-targeted metabolomics
To study the impact of di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)on the metabolite composition of the Chinese flowering cabbage, this study analyzed the differences in the metabolites and their pathways in the different tissues of the Chinese flowering cabbages under DBP stress based on non-targeted metabolomics;principal component analysis and partial least squares-discriminant analysis were used. The results showed that there were 105 different metabolites in the different tissues of Chinese flowering cabbages under different DBP concentrations, which are mainly distributed in 36 metabolic pathways. There were three metabolic pathways(P<0.05),namely tryptophan metabolism, phenylalanine metabolism, and butanoate metabolism. Our results indicate that the effect of DBP on the metabolite composition of the Chinese flowering cabbage is directly reflected based on non-targeted metabolomics and provides a scientific basis for the further development of targeted chemical regulators on the key pathways of crops under DBP stress.
