Review on the status and progress of soil heavy metals emission inventory
In order to investigate the current status and future development of the application of emission inventory in soil heavy metal traceability, based on bibliometric results, domestic and international research progress, preparation of the inventory and key current issues of heavy metals emission inventory were summarized. The results indicated that the atmospheric emission inventory is the main technical force driving the heavy metals emission inventory′ development,in recent years,a great deal of research in atmospheric emission inventories of heavy metals has been carried out by Chinese scholars. However, heavy metals in soil comes from a wide range of sources, and the migration and transformation is also complicated, atmospheric heavy metal emission inventories do not fully satisfy the need for the construction of soil heavy metal source inventories. At this stage, the integrated application of heavy metals emission inventory information in health and environmental risk assessment is becoming an important research trend, and heavy metals emission inventory have limitations in the localization of emission factors, identification of emission sources and collection of data.In the future, there is a need to establish more refined activity data and more localized emission factors, with a focus on heavy metal emissions from emerging and potential sources,in order to reduce uncertainty in heavy metal emission inventories.
