摘要

为动态监测、评估预警土壤有机污染物环境承载能力,提升土壤有机污染物防治能力,以宁波市为例构建土壤有机污染物环境容量与承载力核算基础数据平台.该平台系统采用B/S架构,主要包括系统安全用户与主界面设置、土壤属性空间分布、环境质量评价、环境阈值、静态环境容量、动态环境容量、健康风险评估、环境承载力和管理措施建议共九大功能模块;建立基于环境阈值空间分异的区域土壤环境容量、人体健康风险、年动态环境容量饱和度等精细化算法.该平台系统实现了区域环境容量与承载力的精细化核算与差异化管理,可为相关部门在土壤有机污染物防治方面提供技术支撑.

Abstract

Aiming to dynamically monitor,assess,and alert the environmental carrying capacity of soil organic pollutants,as well as to enhance the prevention capability against those pollutants,a foundational data platform for calculating the environmental capacity and carrying capacity of soil organic pollutants was established using Ningbo City as a case study.This platform employs a B/S architecture,encompassing nine major functional modules including system security user and main interface settings,spatial distribution of soil properties,environmental quality assessment,environmental thresholds,static environmental capacity,dynamic environmental capacity,health risk assessment,environmental carrying capacity,and management recommendations.Enhance the sophistication of algorithms tailored for the regional soil′s environmental capacity,human health risks,and the yearly cyclic saturation of environmental capacity premised on the spatial distinctions of environmental thresholds.This cutting-edge system paves the way for meticulous data analysis and individualized administration concerning regional environmental capacity and the load it can sustain,offering invaluable technical assistance to pertinent authorities in combating the scourge of soil-borne organic pollutants.
