不同生物炭对巨大芽孢杆菌与铜绿假单胞菌解磷能力的影响

为探究生物炭添加对解磷菌生长及其解磷能力的影响,本研究选取土壤中广泛存在的巨大芽孢杆菌与铜绿假单胞菌两种解磷菌为研究对象,系统探究在300、500℃和700℃下制备的鸡骨、水葫芦和水稻生物炭对两种解磷菌单菌体系及混合体系中可溶磷含量的影响。结果表明,在巨大芽孢杆菌的单菌体系中,添加700℃鸡骨生物炭解磷效果最好;在铜绿假单胞菌的单菌体系中,添加300℃水稻生物炭解磷效果最好。在混合体系中,当巨大芽孢杆菌与铜绿假单胞菌的体积比为1∶1、1∶3时,添加300℃水葫芦生物炭解磷效果最好;而当体积比为3∶1时,添加300℃水稻生物炭解磷效果最好。皮尔逊相关性分析结果表明,生物炭的总有机碳(TOC)、碳(C)和氮(N)含量越高及孔径越大,越有助于提升解磷菌的解磷能力。因此,选择在300℃热解植物类生物质制备生物炭,有助于优化其碳、氮含量和孔隙结构,提升解磷菌解磷能力,从而在土壤改良和农业生产中发挥重要作用。
Effects of different biochars on the phosphorus solubilizing capacity of Bacillus megatherium and Pseudomonas aeruginosa
In order to investigate the effect of the addition of biochar on the growth of phosphate-decomposing bacteria and their phosphate-decomposing ability,two kinds of phosphate-decomposing bacteria,namely,Bacillus megaterium and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which are widely existed in the soil,were selected in this study,and the effects of chicken bone,water hyacinth,and rice biochar prepared at 300℃,500℃,and 700℃on the soluble phosphorus content of single-organism and mixed systems of the two kinds of phosphate-decomposing bacteria was systematically investigated.The results showed that in the monobacterial system of Bacillus megaterium,the addition of chicken bone biochar at 700℃had the best effect on phosphorus solubilization;in the monobacterial system of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,the addition of rice biochar at 300℃had the best effect on phosphorus solubilization.In the mixed system,when the volume ratios of Bacillus megaterium and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 1∶1 and 1∶3,the addition of 300℃water hyacinth biochar had the best effect on phosphorus removal;and when the volume ratio was 3∶1,the addition of 300℃rice biochar had the best effect on phosphorus removal.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the higher the contents of total organic carbon(TOC),carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)and the larger the pore size of biochar,the better the ability of phosphorus solubilizing bacteria.Therefore,the choice of pyrolysis of plant-based biomass at 300℃for the preparation of biochar can help to optimize its carbon and nitrogen content and pore structure,and enhance the ability of phosphate solubilizing bacteria to solubilize phosphorus,thus playing an important role in soil improvement and agricultural production.
