Research on the Path and New Model of Social Responsibility Practice of Central Enterprises under the Background of Rural Revitalization:The Longitudinal Case Study of OCT from 1996 to 2021
Central enterprises actively fulfill their social responsibilities,which is an inevitable re-quirement to adapt to economic and social development trend of the international and domestic,and a path choice to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,improve the modern enterprise system,and enhance the sustainable development capacity of enterprises as well.Corporate social responsibility has gained a lot of attention and practice in the industry,however,there is inadequate research on the process of central enterprises'dynamic practice of social responsibility in the context of rural revitaliza-tion.In the process of studying the case of OCT Group's participation in the practicing of social respon-sibility in the beautiful countryside,it is found that the growth process of central enterprises'social re-sponsibility is a process of advancing from low to high level of corporate responsible governance capabil-ity and eventually evolving into an agile governance operation mechanism based on the practice of re-sponsibility internalization;Corporate social responsibility practice model of central enterprises can be divided into the responsibility embedding model focusing on the mission of economic growth,the respon-sibility learning model focusing on the green win-win mission,and the responsibility internalization model focusing on the mission of human rights protection,whose operation mechanism includes social responsibility integration mechanism,responsibility research and innovation mechanism,and agile gov-ernance mechanism.Accordingly,the path of social responsibility practice of central enterprises and the"APCC"mechanism model are attempted to constructed in this paper,so that to form a general theoreti-cal logical framework.
