The Practical Logic of Village Community Standard and the New Endogenous Development of Rural Industry
To realize rural revitalization,it is necessary to vigorously develop rural industries,and the village community is an important entity of rural industrial development.Based on the case study of Fangcun Village in Hexian County,Shaanxi Province,combined with the new endogenous development theory,this paper attempts to present the practical logic of rural industrial development from the per-spective of new endogenous development.The study finds that the development of rural industry based on village and community has experienced a gradual practice process of"startup-exploration-develop-ment-agglomeration",which is embodied in the practice patterns of social power boosting,capable vil-lage cadres demonstration,village and community coordination and smallholder farmers'organized man-agement.The development of rural industry based on village community is the result of joint actions of external environment and endogenous development power of village community.The village community forms the driving force of internal industrial adjustment based on the constraints of internal and external system-social environments.Under the leadership and demonstration of rural elites,the village commu-nity has improved its organizational integration ability,resource integration ability and subject innovation ability through system nesting,resource coordination and innovation network.The new endogenous de-velopment of village community standard has realized the dual economic and social benefits of industrial agglomeration and relationship aggregation,and finally led the villagers to achieve common prosperity.
