Village Principle and Enterprise Utility:The Village-enterprise Relationship toward Common Prosperity Analyzing the Longitudinal Case of Yuanjiacun Village,Shaanxi Province
It is of great significance to construct the benign interaction between village and enter-prise for improving the power of rural collective economic organizations and realizing common prosperi-ty.The iteration of the concept of rural development and the historical evolution of the relationship be-tween industry,agriculture,and urban and rural areas are respectively the theoretical logic and practical logic of the change of the relationship between village and enterprise.It is urgent to establish the per-spective of"principle and utility"in constructing the new relationship towards common prosperity.This paper puts forward the middle-level concept of"village principle and enterprise utility",that is,"village as principle,enterprise as utility,village is to develop enterprise,enterprise is to enrich vil-lage",describing the relationship between village and enterprise in the process of common prosperi-ty.Based on the longitudinal case analysis of Yuanjiacun village in Shaanxi Province,it is found that the rural industrialization stage has got rid of the general poverty through the"integration of village and en-terprise",the new rural construction stage has strengthened the collective economy through the"integra-tion of village and enterprise",and the rural revitalization stage has promoted common prosperity through the"village principle and enterprise utility".The village principle and enterprise utility indi-cates that to achieve common prosperity,it is necessary to promote the symbiosis between village and village enterprises with village playing a leading role,improve the market position of collective economic organizations and smooth the"bringing in"and"going out"of elements,so as to realize the develop-ment of enterprises and enrich villages.
