Practical Logic Research on the Sustainable Development of Endogenous Mutual Support for the Elderly in Rural Areas
The mode of endogenous mutual support for the elderly in rural areas is an effective practice to promote the sustainable development of mutual support for the elderly and actively cope with the aging of rural population.Based on practical experience and endogenous development theory,this paper deconstructs a mode of"endogenous mutual support for the aged"in Bai Township of Enshi City,identifies the practical path of endogenous mutual support for the elderly,and defines the realization mechanism towards sustainable development.The study finds that the elderly elites who pursue"doing something for the elderly"have the original motivation to trigger the behavior of mutual support for the elderly.The"endogenous mutual support for the elderly"model can take the innate elderly elite as the key organizational body,take the organizational structure that can reflect the collective will of the elderly group as the practical carrier,and take the neighborhood morality rooted in the acquaintances society as the ethical guarantee,so as to promote the collective action of the left-behind elderly groups to organize themselves and mutual support for the elderly.The practical logic of the sustainable development of en-dogenous mutual assistance for the elderly lies in activating the endogenous entity source power with a differentiated classified mobilization mechanism,cultivating stable mutual assistance ability with an or-ganized circle mutual assistance mechanism,and building a supportive social environment with a long-term drive of public norms,so as to transfer the elderly from the private sphere of the family to the pub-lic vision,and obtain the supervision and guarantee of village public morality.The long-term practice of the rural endogenous mutual assistance pension model provides a feasible direction for solving the rural pension problem with low cost and high welfare.
